Women’s Circles
Fostering genuine connections among women, our community provides a safe & intimate space to grow as a Feminine Leader. Here, you can authentically discuss both your professional endeavors and personal lives, sharing confidentially and vulnerably.

Join a Circle
Every member is invited to join an existing Circle within the Well Collab community. Your monthly Well Collab Membership fee includes the cost of attending a Women's Circle.
Circles provide connection for women to connect authentically about their business and personal life.
Each Circle meets monthly and is led by three Well Collab Circle Leaders with a max of 12 additional members to provide intimacy, trust, and a safe space to grow.

Bring Circles to Your Area
Our community has always been more than virtual. We know that women being in the same space together is life-giving, and we love that you feel that way too.
Leading a Circle is a way to collaborate and be supported and create magic for women in your area. Opening the door to new no-pressure networking opportunities can be easy, energizing, and effective as a Well Woman.
Our team would love to go over any questions you have about membership and starting a Circle during one of our Circle Leader Inquiry meetings.

Visit a Circle Meeting
We are a no-pressure community that meets you where you are at. We know it takes courage to enter into community, so we’ve made visiting a Circle a great way to see if we’re a fit for you.
Our women love welcoming guests. Once you find a Circle to visit, we'll let the members know so they can look for you when you arrive.
There is no obligation to start your membership after your visit (but we'll send you an invite for when you're ready). Guests are able to visit one Circle meeting before deciding if membership is right for them.
Who We Are
The Well Collab community is a diverse group of women, who are dedicated to supporting themselves and one another in leading from their feminine strengths to create a life that supports them holistically on every level. We operate from courage, compassion, and connection.
Relationship first
Our no-pressure networking and discussion sessions occur once a month and focus on the Feminine Leadership Principle of the month. The discussions blend the personal and professional sides of each topic, providing a space for authentic conversation.
We refrain from giving unsolicited advice, trying to solve each other's problems, or promoting our own services unless requested. Instead, we encourage our women to continue connecting and exchanging referrals after the guided conversation time.
Our Women's Circles aim to leave you rejuvenated and empowered to work through your career and life challenges feeling supported, equipped, and seen.
Our community prioritizes mental wellness, abundance, and fostering curiosity-driven leadership. We're committed to developing resilience through engaging in community.
Feminine Leadership
At The Well, our community embraces feminine leadership and a holistic approach to business, recognizing that growth is a journey.
Each month, we delve into one of the 12 Feminine Leadership Principles in our gatherings.
Your voice is important; we've curated small groups where you can freely share your lived experiences and perspectives, free from judgment or attempts to 'fix' you.
We honour the sanctity of our time together with a no-interruption policy, ensuring every woman has a confidential space to express herself.
connecting women
Regular meetings and connections with fellow members provide nourishment and refreshment on every level, from the inside out.
We're excited to learn about your connections beyond the time facilitated during Women's Circles, whether through our online hub or your own collaborations as you build new relationships with women who get it.
What Women Are Saying…
“[Circle gatherings] are my favourite Well Event - they are simple, laid back and full of genuine connection. I now have a community of expert women I know I can reach out to, connect with and learn from.”
— Linzi
“Networking with like-minded women who CARE has been an absolute revelation. I was surprised at how easy it was to relate to everyone and talk to people, even though I tend to be introverted.”
— Meredith
“[Meeting with these women] is spiritual for me to the point that I leave with a ‘full cup’… for the next several weeks. The best thing is how quickly I felt supported through hearing others stories and by telling mine.”
— Bree
