About the
Lead From Here Team
Bridget Turner - BEd, BSc, MAL, CMML
Bridget has experience training, leading, and supervising hourly and full time staff for over a decade. She has experience as an entrepreneur where building trust with her employees and empowering them to live the values of the business and represent her brand was intentional and strategic. She has been training others since she was 16 years old teaching swimming lessons and loves facilitating fun, engaging activities that invite experiential learning. She is an advocate for mental health and supports for first responders with PTSD. She enjoys reading, keeping up with her two children, and walking the dog while listening to podcasts. Any other Arm Cherries out there?
Julia Seguin - BPE, MBA, CMML
As a teen, a summer student council program sparked an interest in leadership for Julia, and she hasn’t looked back since! Julia has used those skills, coupled with academic accomplishments, to rise through the municipal government world - from an hourly aquatics instructor to a recreation centre manager. Her strong interpersonal leadership and development abilities were identified as important to share throughout the organization, and she now resides as the leader of Workplace Planning and Development where she provides long term culture and engagement planning throughout all levels of the organization. Julia also enjoys matching wits with her two teenagers and husband, running, reading, doing puzzles and finding the perfect Seinfeld GIF for any occasion.
Leah Gregg - BSc. Kin, CMML, IAP2, MAL (in progress)
As the manager of a busy recreation facility with over 20 full time and 300 hourly staff, no two staff (or days!) are the same. Leah is currently completing her Masters of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University, and is a senior advisor with the Edmonton Riverhawks Baseball Club where she works in an elite sports environment to create a positive culture and comprehensive engagement plan for their staff, players and volunteers. Leah is also the mom of a one-year-old named Callie, enjoys playing ball hockey, and religiously watches Law & Order: SVU *dun dun*.
It’s important to do the work prior to realizing you’ve wasted money on things or ideas that don’t serve you, or your business.
Unsure which stage you are at? You are not alone. Most of us, current business owners included, have some confusion as to where we are at and where we are heading.
Don’t let this stop you from hitting that ‘book now’ button.
It’s only a phone call, albeit a clarifying one at that!

Client Love Notes
I am finding it incredibly informative and motivating to get me in the right direction with my business. It is helping me determine my process and get the required paperwork done so I have things ready to hand off and out to potential clients as they come in.
JILLIAN
The summer was the time I was introduced to The Well. It's an amazing place to continue to return for support of all kinds and I am grateful for the opportunity to connect with women so intelligent, caring, and committed to each other.
LANA
The mentors at the Well don’t tell you what to do. They show you how to splash your feet and wave your arms, but they don’t do the swimming for you. You have to thrash yourself, but the women here let you do that with the confidence that if you go under, you know that there are many hands that will catch you and lift you back up above the surface!

You receive one session per month and it is so important for you to schedule the session as it is imperative to your sustained growth and accountability. The sessions are non-transferable from month to month.
How do I choose the right program?
We offer 3 consulting programs: Leadership, Financial and Small Business. If you are uncertain about which consulting program is right for you, please place a Discovery Call and our team will get you on the right path. For example, if you are writing a business plan, our Financial Consultant will facilitate one or two sessions when we reach that portion of the plan.
