This is a courageous space where you can let down your guard. Anything you share here is confidential. 

We gather is Treaty 6 Territory and the homeland of the Metis. We pay our respect to the First Nations and Metis ancestors of this place and reaffirm our relationship with one another.

Coffee & Connection is meant to be a safe, non-judgmental zone where we were free to say ‘the wrong thing’ and make mistakes. We do not foster a culture of canceling or calling out here in this space. We are simply a place for women to share their lived experiences from their own perspective. 

We share our own experiences, and not other people’s. We refrain from judging one another, fixing each other, offering suggestions, and interrupting, always mindful of the time we take so everyone has a chance to share.
