The Well Collaborative
Fostering Connection for Professional Women
Who we are
We foster connection for professional women through sharing lived experiences, self reflection, and gathering women in community.
The Well Collaborative was founded in 2018 by Tamarah Hodgson and Tammy Zdunich. They set out to create a safer space for women to gather, let down their guard, and connect over relevant and, at times, controversial topics. They led round table discussions, based on whatever topic was arose that day. It immediately took off, women where dying to find a space they could speak freely without judgement.
Fast forward to summer of that same year when Tamarah needed to make the valid choice of being home to support her growing family. Tammy stepped up to carry forward the vision of The Well on her own. But she was never alone, her committed and loyal community was at her side.
Seeing the value in having intentional conversations, listening to women speak openly, Tammy realized that this was so needed for entrepreneurs, creatives, and women changing career paths. The Well Co provides support for women who desire self reflection, need an unbiased sounding board, and believe in community over competition.
Today The Well Co offers virtual connection for our 100+ members, gathers women in person to talk about their lives, and features its members. Here, women can connect, create, and collaborate in a safe and supportive environment.
